Watching No Reservations--no wait, it was Top Chef--I spotted David Chang as a French Culinary Institute spokesmodel (he's a graduate). Guess the New Yorker article, New York Times article, and appearance on a repeat episode of "After Hours with Daniel Boulud" wasn't enough for him this month.
To be fair, he doesn't really say much in that episode of After Hours. Guess they'll have to have him back for a second time.
