Note to the Royalton: It's a coat check, not a treasure hunt. Unmarked doors and a coat check girl that's barely allowed to show her face are creepy, no matter how well it maintains the line and atmosphere of the space. It only makes me disoriented and cranky from the moment I set foot inside the place.
